As always, every one of the U.S. presidents, after World War II, was most consequential in the world, in their time in power. Every one of the American leaders was also considered leader of the free world. This is a contentious topic for the Americans. But for peoples in other societies, there’s no mistaking the impact of President Trump’s foreign and domestic policies in their very home countries, whether one likes it or not. For the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people, former President Bill Clinton could be the most consequential American leader of the 21st century, for his approval and support of China’s entry into the WTO, that ushered in the rise of China into the economic (but not yet highly developed) superpower that it is now.

What’s the argument for this?
- Transformations in the foreign policy of the U.S. is one. The United States strategic deterrence, in the Indo-Pacific theater, in particular, is no longer mostly mere deterrence at most strategic level in projections but in multi-country coherent operational levels across the 1st Island Chain in the Western Pacific and Australia
- He stalled the nuclear weapons development program of Iran, by many years if not permanently, by a decisive military strike in the Operation Midnight Hammer, that dissuaded Saudi Arabia from pursuing the same path of nuclearization. This is most certainly with the original initiative (as per public knowledge and understanding) of Israel who made it all possible, in a 12-day war with Iran that after all had the active backing and support of the U.S.
- He brokered a peace agreement between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, Israel and Gaza, cessation of active conflict between Pakistan and India, Thailand and Cambodia, the ongoing dialogue between Israel and Syria, and likely peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine in the short-term. Relative peace, and the dialogues that led to it, does not mean absolute absence of military confrontations that could erupt once in a while, but foundations for platforms for long-term conflict-resolution dynamics have been established, and with better understanding of previously undiscussed positions on both sides, relative peace is likely to last
- He jolted Europe into massive new spending in their militaries, and up to 5% as per commitment by some of the NATO members, and that’s more than the 2% he demanded in his first administration. This translates to an increase of hundreds of billions in the combined NATO defense budget in the next few years. And this also means a reinvigoration of the defense-industrial base of NATO member countries in Europe. Australia is boosting its capabilities across domains, notably in maritime warfare, and ability to project far beyond its shores
- America First policy of President Trump and his demands for greater share of defense of their homelands and the U.S.-led strategic deterrence in Asia against CCP-China helped compel Japan, South Korea and Taiwan to commit to further boost defense budgets and build up of existing, and accelerated development of new weapon systems. Countries, partner-allies of the U.S., from India to Australia and even the Philippines, are now into an accelerated pace of defense modernization and weapons build-up. Supply-chain resiliency, and decoupling from CCP-China in this case (regardless of the euphemisms used in public pronouncements) is not on a staggered basis but overhaul of the entire sourcing strategies of from rare earths to simple electronic components
- In all, in both his first administration, and now, President Trump has modernized, expanded the arsenal and capabilities of the U.S. military across domains. Notable is the new Golden Dome multi-layered missile defense system with its components simultaneously rapidly (relatively) under research, testing, development and integrations with existing capabilities for sure being further upgraded. A more secured American homeland means more secured allies and a more secured world we live in as it exponentially multiply the probabilities in calculations of, say, Communist Party of China and its PLA
- The big transformation in the capabilities of United States’ military power projections, with not incremental but transformational advantages in overall asymmetric warfare this in most part due to the rapidly developing basic infrastructures for the advancement of AI systems and utilization in control systems of systems and of distinct but networked weapons ecosystems. This is really, absolutely, thanks to the policies and priorities of President Trump, including in the recently signed EO that empowers tech giants to independently generate power for their mega-plants, supercomputers and data centers on top of simplifying and centralizing the national regulatory environment.
- The great renaissance of the American manufacturing prowess, including of the military-industrial base, and the accelerated process of securing of entire supply chains from disruptions, especially caused by unilateral acts by the Communist Party of China. The long-tradition of great research, invention and innovation, the superior intellectual base in the population, and both public and infrastructures for these to thrive — these are all crucial beyond the entrepreneurial spirit among its geniuses (creation of new wealth, that China can nearly match). Elon Musk’s companies, Anduril, Palantir and the geniuses behind the likes of these new big and agile companies are the envy of China. Lockheed Martin, RTX-Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, GE Jets, General Dynamics, Huntington Ingalls Industries, among a myriad of others, have patents and individual research base, and top secret technologies, that China still can only dream about for the foreseeable future. To add, the legendary tech firms in the U.S., IBM, and all of these known to you and many others. This, again, is many thanks to President Trump, and his strategies on tariffs.
- Well, I insert this rogue opinion: The trillions of dollars earned by Saudi Arabia from its exports of oil and gas to China, big chunks of it now or soon en route to American coffers, in investments and also purchase of ever more weapons systems (quantity and dollar-value), and same is true for industrial products including big-ticket civilian items like airplanes. Same is true, in less amounts, with other oil-rich kingdoms in the Middle East. Thus also helping reinforce the defense-industrial base of the pre-eminent economic and military superpower of this planet
- The United States under President Trump catalyzing an environment more conducive to the rise of a new economic superpower India within a lifetime, which also translates to a nuclear-middle-power achieving minimum credible strategic deterrence, better balance of power between CCP-China and India. This is important as India is not an imperialist country and is the world’s biggest democracy and a good balance as a gigantic market for oil and natural resources of Russia (thus lessening consequentiality of China in Russia’s calculus)
- The Western Hemisphere, Latin and South America, less susceptible to economic and diplomatic coercion of Chinese Communist Party, and now with far less likelihood of a Chinese military base in this region of the world, also thanks to the return of the Monroe Doctrine.
- President Trump’s greater support of the American soldiers, and hardening of the soldiers in terms of morale and pride in their country. This is most consequential. A country’s will to fight and win can’t be just in the leadership, and sense of duties alone, but patriotism and love of country. They know that they belong to a moral military, not serving a godless communist dictator whose authoritarian and racist regime that rule over their countrymen under oppression, murder (including mass organ harvesting), repression of entire ethnic and religious groups most of the burden in sufferings in the relatively poor segment of the population comprising at least a hundred million families. American soldiers have a faith in their nation’s democratic system and government with a Constitution that guarantees their fundamental freedoms and basic rights.
- The United States now has the kind of energy security, resilient to any disruptions in global oil supply and global shipping routes. Most especially important to the rapidly growing demand for power for the AI revolution being led by the United States and allies

President Trump, about whom I made posts, and favorable arguments on and offline, in all of his first administration, is the most consequential leader of the 21st century. He is also the most consequential leader of the free world in East and South Asia.
A revelation here too, why I initiated a petition online: http://chng.it/wgksztPK

During the period of 2016-2022, I did it consistently online and offline, when it was dangerous to argue against local communists (political operatives of the NPA, terror-tagged by the State Department and many Western powers) who were using their then still-mighty propaganda to mock and portray President Trump in a very bad light as they ignore and not speak up against murderous regimes including that of the Chinese Communist Party of China led by its appointed dictator, reason why I called the local communists and Chinese communists CPP (supposedly an acronym for the Communist Party of the Philippines, interchangeably with the CCP).

CCP-China’s aggressive hegemonic posturing is no longer without real strategic and tactical constraints. We might not agree and be always happy in every one of his policies, priorities and decisions, but he has created a safer, more secure world we live in right now that is more conducive to social and economic growth, and political stability, in the developing world.

I couldn’t think of any other alternative that’s more viable, feasible and consequential to the stability of the rules-based international order (that CCP-China defies in so many ways, by the way), and the survival of the democratic ways in the free world, than having President Trump as leader of America and the free world right now. We live in a peculiar period of time in world history, and this called for a unique kind of personality and leadership to make it all work in favor of the common values and principles of peoples in the democratic societies and to stop communist a dictator-for-life and his murderous regime from dominating the world in both diplomatic, economic and military fronts.
Yes, we have the Great iDisruptor personal award for President Trump, coming here in this and our other soon-to-be-published websites.

Other posts we made for President Trump in his first term
Perspective: When I created these info-graphics, it was to cram as many info in a single visible window for a post in Facebook. During the time when there was still widespread ignorance about these issues in posts, in dangerous period of time (mid-2016 to mid-2022) and I created most of these in low-end tablets and smartphones. There was a dearth of online resources on the topics, and Chinese propaganda was flooding, inundating social media and other online platforms. I quickly coposed many of these, so the poor composition, partly because I targeted simple readers among mainstream population and also many parochial-in-thinking officials and civil society leaders in parts of southern Philippines

Spoiler: The “SHOCKING DIFFERENCES” is NONE. Philippine communist propaganda was painting an evil Donald Trump, but then favoring-partnering with murderous communist Chinese dictator

An American soldier could be in danger. There were mobs, of the kind who did not raise a voice about tens of thousands being murdered in China, and who allied with those who masterminded killings, but wanted to endanger a soldier later submitting himself to full judicial process in accordance with an agreed mechanism between the U.S. and the Philippines. Filipinos in the U.S. who have committed serious crimes were afforded their human rights and enjoyed state protection plus relatively luxurious provisions

Unlike the debates for GOAT in the different kinds of sports, basketball, tennis, basketball, swimming and other olympic sports, we can hardly define a leader’s consequentiality in a short period of time. President Trump’s accomplishments are definitely instantly notable. However, every American President is bound to be most consequential during a period of time, most especially during his term. Below, is our 1st iDisruptor Award for former President Obama, for the JCPOA. In hindsight, it did not permanenetly solved the dilemma of Iran secretly developing a nuclear weapons systems, the atomic bombs and delivery systems including medium-range missiles
My Facebook posts about former President Obama – 16Oct2015 and 2Dec 2017

George H. W. Bush
The 2nd World War was raging, the Republic of China (with its democratically legitimate government then) was reeling from devastations too. General Douglas McArthur had his force battling it out with the Imperial Japanese forces in the Philippines. Below, former President Bush, in the skies of Leyte, fought to save his gunner, not bailing out immediately after his plane got hit and on caught fire, desperately but bravely not giving up on the situation, a mark of an American soldier. He later became the Director of the CIA during the Cold War, that the United States won and led to the dissolution of once fearsome mighty communist Soviet Union. Then Bush later succeeded another great American leader Reagan as President of the United States and the free world. His son, George W., later rose to the top too and was POTUS for 2 consecutive terms.
